Single Serve Banana Muffin


This banana muffin is so simple to make. You can add anything you want to the mixture, I like to add raisins, dark chocolate chips or blueberries. Or just keep it plain and simple. 
I always eat it spread with some peanut butter though! 

Ingredients: 
-22g banana.
-20g wholemeal self raising flour.
-4g coconut palm sugar.
-8g unsweetened almond milk. 
-pinch of baking soda. 

Any other add ins. 
If you use a liquid sweetener you may want to use less almond milk. 

Start by mashing tha banana, next stir in the coconut palm sugar and almond milk. Add the flour and baking soda and combine. Place in a muffin case and bake in the oven at 180'c for 15-18 mins.
